A member or minister of The Wesleyan Church who refuses a properly issued citation to appear as a witness shall likewise be deemed subject to church discipline (cf. [[2016 Wesleyan Discipline:5010:3]], [[2016 Wesleyan Discipline:5038]]).</div>
