The chair of the International Conference shall be the chair of the International Board. In case of emergency, exigency or special circumstances, the chair shall have authority to call additional meetings of the International Board in consultation with the International Board of General Superintendents. The International Board may meet by means of telephone or video conferencing, internet conferencing or other technologically-enabled means. The chair shall establish the agenda for all meetings of the International Board.</div>
