- (8) Wesleyan Financial Holdings, Inc. is incorporated under the laws of the state of Indiana. It is administered by a board of directors elected by and amenable to the General Board (1655:19). The board of directors shall administer all matters pertaining to Wesleyan Financial Holdings, Inc. in accord with The Discipline (4570), the articles of incorporation, and bylaws of the corporation.
