- (9) Wesleyan Bible Conference Association, Inc. is incorporated under the laws of the state of Florida. It is administered by a board of directors elected by and amenable to the General Board (1655:19). The board of directors shall administer all matters pertaining to Wesleyan Bible Conference Association, Inc. in accord with The Discipline (4570), the articles of incorporation, and bylaws of the corporation.
