1903. The General Superintendent is elected from among the ordained ministers of The Wesleyan Church by the General Conference as a general official of the Church (325; 350:1; 1590:16), and is an ex officio member of the General Conference (1503:1c), the General Board (1605:1), the Executive Board (1755), and the Executive Cabinet (1990).
