1530. Whenever an emergency shall require a change in the plans of the General Conference for the time of the next regular session, the General Board may, by a two-thirds vote, declare that such an emergency exists and authorize the necessary changes (cf. 2016 Wesleyan Discipline:330:1; 2016 Wesleyan Discipline:1655:5).
