4425. Bylaws of Wesleyan Pension Fund Inc. The bylaws of Wesleyan Pension Fund Inc are to be maintained in a current and accurate form. Copies of the official and complete bylaws shall be provided upon request to any member of Wesleyan Pension Fund Inc. The bylaws of Wesleyan Pension Fund Inc may be amended by the Board of Pensions, subject to ratification by a two-thirds vote of all the members of the General Board (1655:18).
