- (3) To request, by a vote of one-fifth of its members, present and voting, a judgment from the Board of Review as to the constitutionality of an action of the General Conference (2016 Wesleyan Discipline:375:1); and to overrule such a judgment by a two-thirds majority of those present and voting (2016 Wesleyan Discipline:380).
