(2) Special offerings shall be authorized and administered as set forth in 2016 Wesleyan Discipline:2050 and shall provide support for world missions, supplementary support for general evangelism and church growth and the general educational institutions and support for such other purposes as may be authorized by the General Conference or the General Board.
