(30) To see that up-to-date files are kept on church constituency, membership, Sunday school enrollment, the membership of subsidiary organizations, and subscriptions to the various district publications, and to be ready to turn over such lists to the successor in office (cf. 610; 830:2, 5; 895; 928).
