G. Executive Committee
1245. A district board of administration with nine or more members may establish an executive committee which shall consist of the executive officers of the district board of administration (2016 Wesleyan Discipline:1255). Additional members may be elected upon the recommendation of the district superintendent. The executive committee may act for the district board of administration as that board shall authorize.
