(33) To elect, by ballot and by majority vote, a district secretary (1330; cf. 1175:1), a district treasurer (1335; cf. 1175:1) or, if deemed advisable, a district secretary-treasurer and members-at-large of the district board of administration (1203-1206). The district conference may authorize the district board of administration to appoint or employ a district treasurer (1335).
