- (34) Make recommendation to the General Conference for the establishment or alteration of district boundaries (1590:10); and to approve the merger, division, or other realignment of districts when each district conference involved has approved the plan (1065).
- (35) Authorize the incorporation of a developing district (4105); to approve the articles of incorporation and bylaws for the incorporation of a district, and all amendments to the same (4110); and to exercise such control and direction of said district corporations as is set forth in 4120:3, 6, 9; 4250; 4870.
