- (11) Cooperate with the district superintendent (1310:24) and the district board of administration (1233:25) in providing opportunities for the personal and professional growth of ministers within the district. The activities of the district boards of ministerial development may include individual or group interviews, assessments, growth contracts, seminars, or other means of assisting ministers to achieve their full potential for ministry.
